Job Summary
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to American Express card members. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account management. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to uphold the company's reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with account inquiries and issue resolution

Requirements
