Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points.

• Airport Operations: Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Administrative Tasks: Conduct relevant administrative responsibilities, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departures.
• Uniform Standards: Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-centric approach at all times.
• Promotions and Sales: Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to customers.
• Training and Development: Attend and complete all mandatory training programs by given deadlines.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times.

• Airside Pass: Be in possession of a valid airside pass.
• GSAT Training: Be GSAT trained.
• Driving License: Be in possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness and ability to apply for a BAA driving license as required.
• Jet Bridge Permit: Be willing and able to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required.

Desired Qualifications:
