Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services

Required Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work independently
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online tools and systems
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
