Tasks

• Assist senior coaches in developing and evaluating young football talent in local leagues and community events.

• Attend training sessions and matches regularly to maintain an updated understanding of player progress and team dynamics.
• Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance coaching skills and stay informed about the latest trends in sports coaching.

Requirements

• Strong passion for football and understanding of the sport's dynamics and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and assess player performances objectively and accurately.
• Willingness to travel frequently to attend training, matches and coach potential talent.
