The Role

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to inbound chat and text messages in a timely, professional, and engaging manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to and engaging in conversations with customers via chat and text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.
• Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
• Meeting productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
• Operating within multiple software platforms, leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Familiarity with the automobile industry and various vehicle makes/models.
• High-speed internet access and a reliable computer setup.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule

Our team operates on a dynamic schedule, with varying shifts to accommodate our customers' needs. As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll work a set schedule, which may include:

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday: OFF
