Experienced Customer Service Specialist - Overnight/Weekend Support for arenaflex's Scheduling Department

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department on a full-time basis, working a 36-hour schedule with 12-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As a Customer Service Specialist in our Scheduling Department, you'll be the first point of contact for our dedicated clients and interpreters, handling and resolving email requests related to scheduling. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your administrative expertise, will enable you to efficiently input data, maintain accurate database information, and manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. Responsibilities:

* Handle and resolve email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact.

  • Assist in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed.
  • Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
  • Manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries.
  • Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments.
  • Managing all of the appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Abilities:

* Possess the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients.

  • Professional communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications.
  • Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop processes to alleviate problems.
  • Excellent data entry & accuracy skills, with the ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.

Experience Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in customer service.

  • 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional data entry & accuracy skills.
  • Professional verbal & written communication skills.
  • Organized & motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems.
