Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing data entry transactions with accuracy and speed, ensuring high-quality data entry into our database systems.
  • Performing assigned tasks and projects, including special and recurring reports, administrative records, and other clerical duties.
  • Verifying and correcting information, codes, and account numbers as necessary to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate data entries into our system, adhering to privacy laws and regulations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Process data entry transactions with accuracy and speed, ensuring high-quality data entry into our database systems.

  • Task Management: Perform assigned tasks and projects, including special and recurring reports, administrative records, and other clerical duties.
  • Data Integrity: Verify and correct information, codes, and account numbers as necessary to maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Systems.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, customer service concepts, and basic systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer, ten-key calculator, and various software applications.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Systems.
