Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive patient satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on arenaflex processes and policies.
  • Maintaining excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting potential solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams, to resolve customer inquiries and drive patient satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicating, resolving, and documenting billing-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participating in projects that drive process improvements and innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Previous healthcare or call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
  • The ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bilingual a plus.

What We Offer

As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (or state/local minimum wage, if higher). You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
