We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Expert - Live Events. In this role, you'll be the voice of arenaflex to our customers, providing top-notch support through email, chat, and phone while working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Expert - Live Events, you'll be responsible for providing specialized support to our customers through email, chat, and phone, with a focus on arenaflex Enterprise customer support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch support to our customers through email, chat, and phone, with a focus on resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Using metrics and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with your managers to evaluate your performance and identify areas for growth
  • Working with a range of tools, including Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google business tools, and more
  • Going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in 1:1 and group strategy meetings to stay informed and aligned with the team
  • Developing your skills and expertise in first-point-of-contact support, with opportunities to take on more specialized and escalated customer contacts

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
  • Experience working in customer service, preferably in a tech startup or high-volume company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Passion for live events and customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high level of autonomy
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection (at least 35 Mbps)
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
