As a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Analyst, you will be part of our arenaflex Data Entry team, working closely with our Customer Achievement Network (CFN) crew to provide exceptional back-end customer care services to card members. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving complex customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues, and providing meaningful support to operations and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, Express Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market.
  • Handling customer requests for consumer customers within special timeframes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the enterprise.
  • Providing meaningful expertise and ongoing support to operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • Responding to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first ethos and adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bank-end operations.
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service skills, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with systems such as Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Green Monitors is an asset.
