Role Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to arenaflex customers by addressing service inquiries, tracking requests, delivery updates, and general shipping support. Your commitment to resolving concerns promptly will contribute to a positive customer experience and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding shipping services, delivery delays, claims, and billing inquiries. - Use arenaflex systems and tools to research and resolve issues effectively. - Ensure detailed documentation of all customer interactions. - Collaborate with team members to handle escalated issues. - Deliver accurate and respectful service in every interaction.

Qualifications
