Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources. You'll work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to, databases, spreadsheets, and external reports

  • Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Support business decisions with data-driven insights, identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery
  • Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking, using tools such as Google Data Studio or Microsoft Power BI
  • Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to data-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills, with accuracy and speed
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including:

+ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) + Data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) + Email management and attachments + Downloading and uploading files

  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Knowledge of data quality control processes and data governance
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as Google Drive or Dropbox
  • Experience with data mining and data warehousing
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field
