We’re looking for a Finance Procurement Manager who is excited to build scalable processes, collaborate cross functionally, and support a fast growing SaaS organization. 

About the Role

As a Finance Procurement Manager, you will oversee vendor sourcing, contracting, compliance, and renewals across Netchex’s growing technology stack (roughly $10M in annual spend). This role is instrumental in ensuring we onboard the right partners, negotiate strong commercial terms, and maintain clear financial and operational controls within our vendor ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Finance, Security, IT, GTM and Operational teams to support purchasing decisions and help Netchex operate with efficiency, transparency, and fiscal responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Lifecycle Ownership

  • Manage end to end procurement approval flow, including vendor evaluation, commercial negotiations, and renewal management.  
  • Partner with our Legal and Contracts teams to maintain our centralized contract repository, track all renewal dates, and drive timely renegotiations.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, financial controls, and approval workflows. 

Manage Software Spend Forecast

  • Maintain and update vendor-level software spend forecast (P&L and cash basis), reflecting the latest additions to the tech stack, user or seat expansion or commercial terms renegotiations
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable to review and approve invoices for contracted spend and ensure appropriate Department and GL Account mapping  

CrossFunctional Support

  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, GTM, and operational teams to evaluate vendor needs and contract requirements.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on procurement best practices, timelines, and risk considerations.
  • Serve as a trusted internal partner for vendor related questions, documentation, and processes. 

What We are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, or vendor management, ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong negotiation experience with SaaS, cloud, data, and security vendors.
  • Understanding of privacy and security requirements related to vendor selection.
  • Experience with procurement or CLM tools (e.g., Tropic, Ironclad, DocuSign).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast paced, scaling environment.
