Key Responsibilities

As a Turbo Tax Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing knowledge of Turbo Tax products and services to address customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer support role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • A telephone, landline or cell, is required based on the position offered

  • Knowledge of tax preparation software and industry trends
  • Previous experience in a work-at-home setting
