Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling chat support for arenaflex customers regarding orders, refunds, delivery status, and general queries
- Providing empathetic and professional responses to customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating unresolved issues to senior teams
- Maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions, ensuring process compliance, and meeting productivity and quality benchmarks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Work Details
* Rotational Shifts (including weekends & evenings)
- Full-time role: 9 hours/day including breaks, 6 days/week
- Work-from-home – no commute required

Essential Qualifications
* Women candidates only (freshers, homemakers, returnees to the workforce encouraged)
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Proficient in Hindi and English communication
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and typing
- Must own a desktop/laptop with stable internet connection and UPS backup
