Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling chat support for arenaflex customers regarding orders, refunds, delivery status, and general queries
  • Providing empathetic and professional responses to customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating unresolved issues to senior teams
  • Maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions, ensuring process compliance, and meeting productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Work Details

* Rotational Shifts (including weekends & evenings)

  • Full-time role: 9 hours/day including breaks, 6 days/week
  • Work-from-home – no commute required

Essential Qualifications

* Women candidates only (freshers, homemakers, returnees to the workforce encouraged)

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Proficient in Hindi and English communication
  • Basic knowledge of computers, email, and typing
  • Must own a desktop/laptop with stable internet connection and UPS backup

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
