Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in our stores, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions, and making recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and reporting any issues to management
  • Working collaboratively with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Ability to stand, walk, and handle products for an eight-hour shift
  • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Must be eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a pre-placement drug screen
  • Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal Service clearances
  • Available during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to obtain required training certifications, perform safety checks, and successfully complete job functions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview and assessment required to meet job qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
  • Ability to meet our uniform, and appearance standards
  • Must be willing and able to work 100% on-site
