Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding timely to customer inquiries and processing requests using excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Researching customer issues and finding workable solutions
  • Providing responses to inquiries, including scheduling appointments, referral inquiries, and general information requests
  • Assisting with insurance questions, medication requests, or general information requests
  • Identifying and understanding customer needs, quickly gaining customer trust and confidence
  • Staying up-to-date on new products and projects, and having fun learning along the way!
  • Making a difference in someone's life every day – it's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it!

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma/GED or equivalent (validated during background check)
  • Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or the equivalent in related work experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, chat, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent demonstration of caring, empathy, and compassion
  • General knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, CIB, Teams, Tower, and BSA
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Ability to provide 2 monitors, 22 inches each, with both HDMI and Display ports
