Job Description

Job Summary** As a Sales Executive at United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our diverse range of banking products and services to individuals and businesses. Job Responsibilities** * Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of UOB Malaysia's offerings. * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. * Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the banking industry. * Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as product development, credit, and operations, to ensure seamless customer service. * Adhere to all UOB Malaysia's policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. * Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
