As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include:
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
