Customer Enablement & Training Specialist

$75,000 - $95,000/year 

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist to support our national customer base.

The Customer Training Facilitator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering structured training programs that help customers successfully adopt and use our digital ordering tools, ERP systems, and online resources. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure training is accurate, practical, and aligned with real-world glass and aluminum fabrication workflows. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel to customer locations.

The person in this role is a confident, organized, and engaging facilitator who thrives in front of a group. You have a teaching mindset but are comfortable working in a business environment. You can take technical information and explain it in a clear and practical way. You are comfortable working independently, traveling to customer locations, and representing Trulite professionally.

Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional training, teaching, facilitation, or instructional experience
  • Experience leading structured training sessions for adult learners
  • Experience training technical software systems (ERP, portals, SaaS, or operational tools)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in glass, aluminum fabrication, building products, or related industry preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

What You Will Be Doing

  • Plan, schedule, and deliver structured training programs for external customers (virtual and onsite)
  • Train customers on digital ordering systems, customer portals, ERP workflows, and operational tools
  • Develop and maintain training materials including slide decks, lesson plans, user guides, and quick reference materials
  • Customize training based on customer size and sophistication
  • Measure training effectiveness and customer adoption
  • Provide follow-up and reinforcement training as needed
  • Maintain documentation of training completion and engagement
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Sales, and Product teams to ensure technical accuracy
  • Translate complex system functionality into practical instruction
  • Support change management initiatives related to digital tools and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
