The Role

Zyte is seeking a Senior IT Engineer with strong Business Systems and Automation experience to architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem that powers our global company.

This role extends beyond endpoint management and traditional IT support, as it treats internal IT as an engineering discipline, with code-first automation as the default approach. You will design and operate the backbone of Zyte’s internal SaaS platform, integrating systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, finance systems, HR platforms, engineering tools, and collaboration software into a coherent, automated architecture. You will also play a key role in introducing AI-assisted and AI-driven workflows across the company, enabling teams to move faster through intelligent automation, copilots, and LLM-powered internal tools.
