Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Business Funding / MCA (Remote)
Job Type Full-time Pay Typical earnings $3,000 – $12,000+ per month depending on performance. Top performers historically earn $60,000 – $144,000+ per year depending on performance and funded deal volume. Uncapped commission structure. W-2 employment with hourly minimum-wage draw. Hello Funding is a fast-growing business funding brokerage helping small business owners access working capital. We are building a high-performance national sales organization and are actively hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. Our SDRs serve as the first point of contact with business owners, identifying qualified funding opportunities and transferring them to Funding Specialists who complete the funding process. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in high-activity phone environments and performance-based compensation structures.
What You'll Do
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day to business owners
- Engage prospects in confident, professional conversations
- Qualify businesses for potential funding opportunities
- Transfer qualified prospects to Funding Specialists via live transfer
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and call notes
- Follow structured sales processes and compliance guidelines
This is a high-activity phone role designed for disciplined sales professionals who perform well in fast-paced environments. What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone communication skills
- High work ethic and ability to handle high call volume
- Ability to quickly qualify prospects
- Previous phone sales experience preferred
- MCA or business funding experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet home workspace
Work Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday SDRs work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in their local time zone. We are actively hiring both East Coast and West Coast candidates. Work Location Fully Remote U.S. applicants only.
