Experienced Web Chat Associate – Remote Customer Support and Sales

Responsibilities
As a Web Chat Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via online chat to provide information and assistance, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Promoting arenaflex's products and services, upselling where appropriate to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, including new features and releases, to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
Requirements
To succeed as a Web Chat Associate, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide creative solutions.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including web-based chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Presentation and people management skills are a plus, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
