What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming customer support queries via live chat.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
• The ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to follow provided steps and instructions.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• A reliable internet connection.
