Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Technician. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, mail sorting, and supply management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests * Check work process reports to ensure required data is available * Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis * Output, print, and list reports * Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing * Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases * Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed * Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required * Work Experience: No prior work experience required * Software and Equipment: Standard office equipment and software
