Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, and your professionalism, empathy, and knowledge will make all the difference in building lasting relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications
  • Experience working with customer support and resolving complaints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the garage door industry

  • Knowledge of garage door products and services
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
