Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with website visitors through online messaging tools such as Facebook Messenger. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, and your role will be to provide timely, accurate, and friendly responses to their queries. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with website visitors using online messaging tools
  • Answering live chat messages for various businesses with no in-person interactions
  • Resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
