As an Experienced Sales Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction while generating sales. You will act as a liaison between customers and companies, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, shipping, receiving, posting, cancellation, and other queries. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and goal-driven approach will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

* Research and post items for sale online and on social media company accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers.

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online on various sales sites, ensuring seamless integration with arenaflex's e-commerce platform.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient storage of products.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information, ensuring accurate and secure data storage.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information, ensuring up-to-date and accurate customer data.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

* Skilled written and oral communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Customer service focus, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and online site administration, with experience in e-commerce platforms and social media management.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

As an Experienced Sales Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work in an office and shop environment, with weekend work expected. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range of $27,000-$43,000 annually, with a merit-based approach to compensation.

Pre-Screening:
