Entry-Level Recruiter (Remote | Hourly Position)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing sales and marketing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who are self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently while delivering measurable results. What You’ll Do
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone/video screenings
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Meet weekly recruiting activity and hiring goals
- Support ongoing recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in recruiting, HR, sales, or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely without daily supervision
- Ability to manage time effectively and drive results independently
- Positive attitude and professional presence
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Preferred but Not Required:
- Customer service, sales, or administrative experience
- Internship or entry-level recruiting experience
