This full-time position is based in our Detroit office and offers a competitive salary of $21/hour. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information accurately.
  • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and deliver a personalized service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma required; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced office setting in Detroit. The position is not remote and requires the individual to work on-site. Our office environment is designed to be dynamic and supportive, with a focus on professional growth and collaborative team work.
