Job Summary

As a remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating various software programs
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Educational Qualifications
