Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into various databases, including customer information, order details, and product data
  • Verifying and correcting data where necessary to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintaining and updating database records to reflect changes and updates
  • Ensuring data is entered in a timely manner to meet deadlines and business needs
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision
  • Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required
