We are looking for a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative to join Meyer Plastics Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through online chat and email communication. Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat and email
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering service excellence

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using chat and email platforms

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Familiarity with the plastics industry or related field is a plus

Salary & Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
