Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
  • Dispatching proper authorities in emergency situations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to residential and commercial customers
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • 10 hour shifts
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Holidays
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekends as needed

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in our comprehensive paid training program, which will take place on site in Manasquan, NJ starting January 2nd, 2024. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role and provide exceptional customer service.
