Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
- Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
- Interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
- Selling travel-related services and promoting credit card vendor partner products
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possessing strong computer skills and being comfortable with navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
- Having a professional attitude with excellent dependability, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle stressful situations
- Able to learn and react quickly

Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialists connect with customers via phone and create an experience where customers know they have been heard and understood and feel valued and important. This is accomplished by:

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Consistently make safety and security, of self and others, the priority
- Possess correct legal documentation to live and work in Singapore
- Be a Singapore citizen
- Be fluent in written and verbal English
- Have a flexible schedule as this position will require you to work weekends, holidays, and including night shifts
- Possess a diploma or above (consideration will be given to candidates who have relevant work experience in a contact centre environment)
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge
While a diploma or above is preferred, we'll also consider candidates with relevant work experience in a contact centre environment. Additionally, having one year of experience working in sales and at least one year of experience providing customer service will give you a competitive edge.
Compensation and Training
The starting pay for this position is SGD 3,100 per month. The position is also eligible for performance-based incentives after six months probation period, shift allowances, monthly rewards if company meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and annual pay increases. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training. Classroom training includes instruction, observation, exams, and performance measures.
