Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Promoting arenaflex's products and services to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual language skills (in some locations)
  • Valid driver's license (in some locations)
  • Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport security badges (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (a plus!)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (a plus!)
