Job Summary:

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our global contact center support business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, develop data-driven strategies, and implement process improvements. Your expertise will help us drive business outcomes, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize our support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our global contact center support business

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, develop business cases, and implement process improvements
  • Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Apple's products and services

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (desired)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
