What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be a part of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home, and making a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with compassion and empathy
  • Collaborating with our global team to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer savvy and proficiency in using technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences

The Equipment You'll Need

To ensure you have the tools you need to succeed, we'll provide:

  • A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset of your choice)
  • A smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android for daily login purposes
