Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Account Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Solution Delivery: Coordinate the implementation of insurance solutions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion. You will work closely with internal teams to communicate client needs, assist in onboarding new clients, and ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications
