This role manages cycle counts, stock reconciliation, material movements, and ERP data accuracy. The Inventory Manager works closely with warehouse, production, procurement, and quality teams to maintain a highly organized and efficient flow of goods. This position ensures that Nysonian maintains a reliable inventory system that supports rapid growth, reduces costs, and enhances overall operational performance. What You Will Do: Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods, ensuring high inventory integrity across all stages. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce recurring issues. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including quantity variances, mis-picks, material mix-ups, and ensure root-cause resolution. Ensure proper labeling, bin management, storage practices, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and overall organization across all warehouse zones. Oversee ERP/WMS transactions to ensure real-time data accuracy, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and production consumption entries. Identify system errors or process gaps in ERP/WMS workflows and coordinate fixes, improvements, and support system enhancements or upgrades. Develop and enforce inventory control procedures, maintain audit-ready documentation, ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, SOPs, and lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration and reporting by supervising the inventory team, managing KPIs (accuracy, cycle counts, stock turns, write-offs, aging), and partnering with purchasing, production, quality, and logistics to optimize inventory performance. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of inventory management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Fishbowl, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of inventory control methods, cycle counting processes, and root-cause analysis techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on operational accuracy. High attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining inventory integrity and data accuracy. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting) with knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies considered a plus.
