Key Responsibilities

As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls, greeting customers warmly, and establishing the reason for the call
  • Resolving issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts, using our Amtelco platform
  • Monitoring alarm systems and taking messages according to client specifications
  • Transferring calls via computer system based on instructions provided by clients
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for various industries
  • Providing emergency dispatching services as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating client information

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications and keyboard functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus
  • A flexible personality, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Genuinely friendly and compassionate demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 1 weekend day
  • High attention to detail
  • Type 25 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in telephone answering service or customer service is a plus. If you have a background in a related field, such as medical or legal, we encourage you to apply.
