We’re looking for an experienced Airtable expert to design and build a robust, scalable marketing calendar system for our team. This is not a simple database build — we need someone who can think strategically about how marketing teams operate across multiple channels and translate that into an intuitive, highly functional Airtable setup. About Us: We are a growing brand managing campaigns across multiple marketing channels including email, paid media, organic social, and influencer collaborations. Our current tools (spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.) are no longer sufficient. We need a centralized, living system that our team can rely on daily. Project Goals: Build an Airtable system that allows us to... Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in one place View all campaigns in a visual calendar format Store and organize creative assets (images, videos, copy, links) Enable team collaboration (status tracking, ownership, approvals) Maintain a single source of truth that is always live and up to date Key Requirements: The system should include: Campaign-level structure (not just individual posts) Ability to break campaigns into channels: Email Paid Ads Organic Social Influencer/Partnerships Multiple views: Calendar view (primary) Gallery/visual view (to see assets) Filtered views by channel or campaign Asset attachment + organization within records Status workflows (e.g., Planning → In Progress → Scheduled → Live) Clear ownership fields + collaboration functionality Scalable structure that we can continue to build on Deliverables: Fully built Airtable base Clean, intuitive structure and naming conventions Key views and filters set up Light documentation or walkthrough of how to use the system Optional: Loom walkthrough explaining logic and scalability To Apply: Please include: Examples of Airtable systems you’ve built (especially marketing-related) A brief explanation of how you would approach structuring this Any suggestions or ideas you’d recommend for this use case Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
