Marketing Associate - Member Growth Operations

About the position Thank you for considering Progyny! This role will contribute to member education across our family of benefits, focusing on creating personalized resources and collateral to support members no matter where they are in their journey. You will join a growing marketing team and work closely with Client Success, Client Solutions, and Member Services on a variety of projects designed to support member engagement and drive benefit education and awareness. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and test new ideas, can manage multiple projects at once, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling logistics, timelines, and high-volume marketing materials. This person is a strong writer, highly organized, and a collaborative team player who can execute with precision across both digital and physical marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly detail-oriented environment and enjoys owning the operational execution behind impactful member-facing marketing programs. Please note: This is not a digital nomad or remote international position; candidates must be based in the United States. Progyny is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team’s efforts to clearly and effectively communicate the Progyny benefit to our members, tailoring all communications to different audiences across Progyny’s family of benefits – Fertility and Family Building, Pregnancy and Postpartum, and Menopause
  • Draft marketing collateral that supports clients’ efforts to drive benefit education and awareness among their employees, including detailed benefit guides, one-pagers, event collateral, presentations, and at-home mailers (including postcards and other direct mail campaigns)
  • Assist with the coordination, ordering, and shipment of materials for hundreds of client events and marketing campaigns, including benefit fairs—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and flawless execution across all logistics
  • Support the end-to-end execution of benefit fair events, including inventory tracking, packing, and shipping of materials to event locations
  • Manage large-scale mailer campaigns (e.g., postcards), ensuring data accuracy, correct targeting, and high-quality output with meticulous attention to detail
  • Support creation of member materials during the busy Open Enrollment season
  • Source opportunities and help launch processes for ongoing client success enablement

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing logistics, shipments, and high-volume marketing materials where accuracy is critical
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining precision across all deliverables
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about connecting people with care and support during life’s milestone moments

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with webinar platforms and project management tools is a plus
