Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new listings through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies
- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing and positioning for properties
- Prepare and present listing presentations to potential sellers, highlighting the benefits of working with the Amy Downs Team
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and marketing events to attract qualified buyers
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal terms and conditions
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the selling process
- Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transaction closings
Qualifications
- Exhibit a strong drive and competitive nature in sales
- Skilled at cultivating relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing customized solutions
- Experienced in lead generation and prospecting efforts
- Confident and adept at handling objections
- Communicate clearly with a dedication to exceptional client service
- Collaborative and dependable team contributor
- Possession of a valid TX real estate license is required
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth

- Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues
- Outstanding time management skills
