LRA Radiologists perform high-level sub-specialty reads while maintaining strong general skills. Partnership highlights:
- Partners equitably share all aspects of the practice including after-hours shifts as well as home remote reading shifts.
- Paid time off averaging 12 weeks/year (combination vacation weeks and random days off).
- Partners can buy and sell shifts or vacation weeks to maximize flexibility and suit each individual’s optimal work/life balance.
- 1 Year to Partner.
