Key Responsibilities

As a part-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls, to ensure exceptional customer service and retention
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary

Essential Qualifications
