As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:- Talking with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
- Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
- Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Troubleshooting, researching, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be a successful Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will need:- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call.
- Availability to work a variety of work shifts.
- The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
