Job Summary

As a Part-time Client Care Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients navigate their healthcare plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing personalized support to our clients. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll empower our clients to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also expanding your own skills and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to help clients better understand their healthcare plans and options
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and concerns, while also promoting arenaflex's services and benefits
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Work Environment and Flexibility

We offer a flexible work-from-home arrangement for qualified candidates, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our telecommute program requires you to maintain a secure workspace, adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and meet specific technical requirements. Preparation and Training

Our comprehensive preparation program is designed to ensure your success in the role. This includes:

  • Local training of approximately 1.5 months, where you'll participate in hands-on learning, mentorship, and leadership development
  • Independent modules and online training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Ongoing support and feedback from our experienced team members

Schedule and Availability

We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Our site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week. You'll have the opportunity to choose your own schedule, while also being available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent client service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
