Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Architect to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Information Center, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Your expertise in data modeling, data integration, and data governance will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of data architectures
that support business applications and drive business growth
Design and implement data models
that ensure data quality, security, and compliance
Develop and maintain data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions
that integrate data from various sources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data innovation
Mentor and train junior team members
on data architecture best practices and emerging technologies
Participate in the development of data governance policies and procedures
to ensure data quality and security
Contribute to the development of data-driven business cases
to drive business growth and improvement
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in data architecture, data integration, and data governance * Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including social data sets and NoSQL databases *
Experience working with data modeling tools, such as erwin and PowerDesigner
*
Ability to design and implement data integration and ETL solutions
*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
*
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Azure Databricks, and Universe DB *
Experience architecting and developing OLTP data models to support business applications
*
Understanding of data governance policies and procedures
*
Experience driving software development teams
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills
