Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing quality service to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train new Customer Care representatives and initiate opportunities to introduce arenaflex products and services to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer telephone and e-mail inquiries in a professional and pleasant manner

  • Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business
  • Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives
  • Initiate opportunities to introduce arenaflex products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Less than 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
